PK Bet Terms and Conditions

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PK Bet platform, including the website at pkbet.pw, all associated pages, mobile-optimised views, games, betting markets and account services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register or continue using the Platform. PK Bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use PK Bet, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PK Bet is strictly an adults-only platform. Any attempt to register by a person under 18 will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative or on behalf of any other person or business entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant or immediate family member of a PK Bet employee where such a relationship creates a conflict of interest.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list that you have voluntarily submitted to PK Bet. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you must contact support before attempting to re-register.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration and at any point when PK Bet requests verification of your account details.

PK Bet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending document submission.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on PK Bet. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or as a result of a re-registration after forgetting login details — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are detected, PK Bet may close the duplicate and, in cases of suspected abuse, may close all related accounts and withhold balances pending investigation.

When registering your account, you agree to:

• Provide your real name, a valid contact number and a working email address.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify PK Bet support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Not share, sell, transfer or allow any other person to use your account.

Your account is personal to you. Sharing account access with family members, friends or any other party — even temporarily — violates these Terms and may result in suspension.

04 Deposits & Payments

PK Bet processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. All payment channels are subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits which are displayed at the point of deposit.

• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your PK Bet balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed.
• Bank transfers and Raast transfers are generally processed within one business day, subject to banking hours.
• PK Bet does not charge deposit fees on its end. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in refund or account review.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly during the deposit process.

PK Bet reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit at its discretion, particularly for large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the deposit being returned and the account being placed under review.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. If a matched withdrawal is not possible, PK Bet support will assist in arranging an alternative to a verified account in your name.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. PK Bet may request a copy of your CNIC or other identification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above certain thresholds.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Full details are set out in the Bonuses section below and in any specific promotion terms.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment channel. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours once approved. Bank transfers may take up to two business days.
• PK Bet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.

If a withdrawal is declined for any reason, PK Bet will notify you and return the funds to your platform balance. The reason for the decline will be communicated wherever it is permissible to do so.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

PK Bet offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins, cashback offers and event-based promotions tied to cricket matches, PSL seasons and other sporting events. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms which are displayed on the Promotions page and must be read before claiming any offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) that must be completed before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is available.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple overlapping bonuses is considered bonus abuse.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: PK Bet operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting, multi-accounting for bonus purposes, collusion and use of automated systems to exploit promotions. Detected abuse results in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

07 Betting Rules

PK Bet offers sports betting markets covering cricket, international T20 matches, the Pakistan Super League (PSL), football, esports and other events. All bets are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are only accepted from registered, verified account holders with sufficient available balance to cover the stake.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless PK Bet explicitly offers a cash-out option on that market.
• In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules displayed at the time of placing the bet. For cricket, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather, the revised target applies for relevant markets.
• PK Bet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — for example, where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical fault — and to return the stake to the player's balance.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event, per market and per account. These limits are determined by PK Bet at its discretion and may vary by event significance and market type.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected cricket and football markets. In-play odds fluctuate in real time. Once a bet is accepted at the displayed odds, those odds are locked regardless of subsequent movement.
• Bets placed on matches where the result is already known at the time of the bet — due to system errors, data delays or any other reason — will be voided.

Disputes regarding bet settlement should be raised with PK Bet support within 72 hours of the event result being declared. After this window, settlement is considered final.

08 Casino & Games

PK Bet's casino offering includes slots, live casino tables (roulette, baccarat, blackjack and others), fish games and other game formats sourced from third-party providers. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently verified by the respective game providers.

• Game outcomes are mathematically determined and cannot be influenced by PK Bet or by the player once a game round has started.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over very large numbers of rounds. Individual sessions may produce results well above or below the stated RTP.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection mid-round, the round result may be void and the stake returned to the player's balance. PK Bet will not be liable for any winnings that could not be confirmed due to a technical failure.
• Free spin winnings from promotional offers are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion terms before they can be withdrawn.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the individual table as stated by the live dealer host at the time of play. These rules are governed by the game provider and PK Bet does not interfere with live table decisions.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PK Bet. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in account suspension, permanent closure and, where applicable, forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for normal human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, game glitches or any unintended platform behaviour for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known exploit will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any game format where player decisions interact.
• Laundering funds through the Platform — depositing funds solely to withdraw them without genuine play, or using the Platform as a mechanism for moving funds of unclear origin.
• Placing bets with inside knowledge of match outcomes or participating in any form of match-fixing related activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or sharing your account credentials with any other person.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing towards PK Bet staff or other users.

10 Responsible Gaming

PK Bet is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform is designed for entertainment only and should never be used as a source of income or to recover money that has already been lost. We encourage all players to set clear budgets before each session and to treat the cost of play as the price of entertainment — not an investment.

• Deposit Limits: Players can request daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits by contacting PK Bet support. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Session Reminders: The Platform provides optional session time reminders. Players can enable these through account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Any player can request full self-exclusion from PK Bet at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion is processed promptly and blocks access to all Platform features during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed early.
• Cooling-Off: Players who need a short break can request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 30 days.

11 Privacy & Data

PK Bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is used for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and customer support.
• PK Bet does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is retained for the period required to fulfil the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, and thereafter only where retention is required for legal or compliance reasons.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data PK Bet holds about you. Such requests should be directed to our support team.

12 Limitation of Liability

PK Bet provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. PK Bet shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions, downtime, or delays caused by maintenance, technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or events outside PK Bet's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, winnings or account access resulting from events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to server failures, network outages, or third-party payment gateway errors.
• Any loss arising from a player's decision to place a bet or play a game — all betting and gaming activity is undertaken at the player's own risk and discretion.
• Decisions made by a player under the influence of intoxicating substances or in a state where their capacity to make informed decisions is impaired.

Nothing in these Terms limits PK Bet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

PK Bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or match-fixing involvement.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
• Requests from the account holder themselves — for example, as part of a self-exclusion request.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method after any investigation is concluded, unless the balance is subject to a legal hold or is directly connected to the violation that led to closure.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not affect any pending withdrawals that were already in progress at the time of the request.

14 Changes to These Terms

PK Bet may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, new features, updated payment methods, or other operational requirements. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
• For significant changes, PK Bet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via a platform notice or email.
• Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
